•• 2 Rings canned pineapple, chopped
•• Vegetable oil for deep frying, batter and stir frying
sauce
•• 4Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sweet and Sour Sauce
batter mix
•• 40g Self raising flour
•• 1tsp Cornflour
•• 60ml Cold water
•• 2tsp Vegetable oil
