Slow Cooked Gammon Ham
with Plum Glaze

Plum sauce and mustard power pair up for a simple, yet elegant, glaze on a Gammon ham.

Ingredients

•• 1kg Gammon ham

•• 30g Celery

•• 30g Onion

•• 50g Carrot

•• 8 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce

•• 2 Tbsp Mustard powder

•• 10g Clove

 

Method

  1. Put in enough water to cover the ham and simmer with celery, onion and carrot for 2 hours.
  2. Take out and set aside for cooling.
  3. Brush the Plum Sauce, mustard power and clove onto the Ham and bake at 90°C for 3-5 hours.

•• Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce gives a new dimension to your normal dish.
      This also works well with roast chicken!
