Baked Salmon Fillet
in Light Soy Sauce

Ingredients

•• 2pcs Fresh salmon fillets

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce

•• 1 tsp minced ginger

•• 30g Asparagus

•• 2 Tbsp White wine

 

Method

  1. Preheat oven at 200 °C.
  2. Place the salmon fillets and asparagus on top of two separate sheets of foil.
    Spoon the Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce and ginger over each fillet evenly.
  3. Fold in the sides of each foil and pinch together to seal and form two loosely wrapped parcels.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
