Our Premium Light Soy Sauce is naturally brewed with non-GM soybeans, with no added MSG or preservatives. Light Soy Sauce is used for seasoning purposes and its “Xian Wei” (Umami) will uplift the taste of any dish. It can also be used as a marinade, dipping sauce, in a stir-fry or in dressing and sauce mix. It is complimentary with many ingredients and can be used as a substitute for salt in cooking.
