Baked Scallops in Black
Bean Sauce

The rich-tasting black bean sauce enhances the exquisite flavour of the scallops

Ingredients

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Sauce

•• 2 Tbsp Grated cheese

•• 1 Tbsp Chicken stock

•• 10g Basil, finely chopped

•• 10g Shallot, finely chopped

 

Method

  1. Clean and devein the scallops.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together and put on the top of the scallops,
    bake in oven at 180°C for 6-8minutes.

tips

••  Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Sauce also work well in this recipe.
