Black Pepper Beef Fillet Cubes

Ingredients

•• 200g beef fillet, diced in cube

•• 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce

 

MArinade

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce

•• 1 tsp sesame oil

 

Special Sauce mix

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce

•• 1 tsp butter

 

Method

  1. Marinate beef with Oyster Sauce, set aside.
  2. Stir fry beef in high heat with vegetable oil until medium well, add in the sauce mix,
    turn down the heat, cook for another minute.
