Black Peppered Seafood Udon

                   Cooking Method: Stir-frying

 

Ingredients

•• 150g ready-to-use udon noodles

•• 150g fresh mixed raw seafood, drained

•• 1 small onion, shredded

•• 1 small carrot, shredded

•• 1 red chilli, sliced and deseeded

•• 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

 

MArinade

•• 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce

 

Method

  1. Blanch the seafood for 1 minute, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the wok then add the red chilli, onion and carrots, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the noodles, seafood and sauce mix, stir fry for 5 minutes or until cooked before serving.
