Peking Style Steak Fajitas

Ingredients

•• 200g Steak, cut into thin strips

•• 1 Tbsp Oil

•• 1 Red bell pepper, cut into long strips

•• 1 Green bell pepper, cut into long strips

•• 1 Small onion, cut into rings

•• 6 Flour tortillas

 

MArinade / dressing sauce

•• 4 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Peking Style Sauce

 

Method

  1. Marinade steak strips with 2 Tbsp of Peking Style Sauce for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill. Put a few drops of water on each tortilla and wrap all together in aluminium foil.
    Place on grill, turning once during cooking.
  3. Stir fry onion and bell pepper, add steak strips for 10 minutes or to your liking.
  4. Place steak, onion and bell pepper mixture down the center of each tortilla.
    Then serve with a drizzle of Peking Style Sauce.

 

TIPS

•• 4Why not try it with the Sweet & Spicy Kung Pao style, substitle Peking Style Sauce
     to 2 Tbsp of Chilli Garlic Paste and 2 Tbsp of Hoisin Sauce.
