Spicy Crispy Beef

                   Cooking Method: Deep frying

 

Ingredients

•• 300g sirloin beef steak, sliced into the strips

•• 4 Tbsp cornflour

•• 2 springs of spring onions, finely sliced

•• 1 tsp ginger, granted

•• 1 tsp garlic, minced

•• 1 egg, beaten

dipping SAUCE

•• 3 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Cantonese Sweet Chilli Sauce

marinade

•• 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce

•• 1 Tbsp cooking wine

 

Method

  1. Marinate the beef for 10 minutes then mix with the egg mixture.
  2. Add beef into the cornflour bowl then toss until fully coated then deep fry until golden and crispy.
  3. Serve with Cantonese Sweet Chilli Sauce as a dipping sauce or alternatively heat up the dipping sauce and toss in the crispy beef before serving.
