Ingredients

•• 250g skinned cod fillet

•• 30g ginger, peeled and thinly sliced

•• 30g coriander, roughly chopped

sauce mix

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Light Soy Sauce

•• 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Dark Soy Sauce

•• 1 Tbsp sesame oil

•• 10g lemon zest, finely sliced

 

Method

  1. Mix coriander, ginger and sauces in a bowl.
  2. Place the cod fillets into a large dish, pour over the sauce, sprinkle with the lemon zest.
  3. Steam for 3-4 minutes and serve immediately.
