Ingredients

•• 2pcs chicken breasts (150g each)

marinade

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce

sauce

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Cantonese Sweet Chilli Sauce

 

Method

  1. Marinate chicken with Oyster Sauce for 20 minutes.
  2. Put chicken on a foil paper coat the Cantonese Sweet Chilli Sauce on top,
    then bake at 200°C for 10 minutes or until  cooked, then serve.
