Thai Sweet Chilli Glazed

Ingredients

•• 350g Chicken Wings

•• 2 Tbsp Oil

marinade

•• 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce

•• 1 tsp Cornflour

•• 1 tsp Lemongrass, finely chopped

•• Salt

sauce mix

•• 5 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce

 

Method

  1. Marinade chicken wings with cornflour, Premium Light Soy Sauce, chopped lemongrass
    and a pinch of salt for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Pan fry chicken wings in  2 Tbsp of oil over low heat until cooked through.
  3. Add 5 Tbsp of Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce until heated through and serve with fresh green salad.
