BBQ Pork Sliders

                   Cooking Method: Grilling

 

Ingredients

•• 4 pork shoulder steaks

•• 2 garlic cloves, crushed

•• 1 Tbsp red onion, diced

•• 1 baby gem Lettuce, shredded

•• 8 mini-burger buns/bread rolls

marinade

•• 4 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce

•• 1 Tbsp caster sugar

sauce mix

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Paste

 

Method

  1. Mix marinade with the pork and set aside for 1-2 hours. Place onto the barbecue
    grill for around 15 -20 minutes, turning regularly, until cooked. Feel free to cut
    a piece open to check if they're done.
  2. Assemble the sliders, drizzle the Chilli Garlic Paste and serve with the baby gem lettuce.
