Beef and Broccoli in Oyster Sauce

                   A classic Chinese dish, simple but tasty

 

Ingredients

•• 150g Rump Beef, cut into strips

•• 1 Broccoli, small florets

•• 1 Spring onions, sliced

 

Sauce Mix

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce

•• 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce

•• 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

 

Marinade

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce

 

Method

  1. Marinate the beef and set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a Wok until smoking, add the beef and stir fry until half done.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for a further 2 minutes, stirring occasionally and serve.
