Chilli Garlic Prawn

Ingredients

•• 4 Large king prawns (approx. 100g each including head & tail)

•• 10g Spring onions, chopped

•• 10g Fresh garlic, finely chopped

sauce mix

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Paste

•• 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce

•• 1 Tbsp butter

•• 2 Tbsp white wine or water

 

Method

  1. Trim and slit the back of the king prawns to devein, clean and set aside on kitchen paper.
  2. Blend the sauce mix with chopped spring onions and garlic, then evenly fill each prawn.
  3. Bake at 180 °C for 8-10 minutes and serve immediately.

tips

••  Applicable to all seafood, e.g. salmon, monk fish, scallops and lobster.

••  Oyster Sauce can enhance the savoury taste and bring out the umami taste in seafood!
