Roasted Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

•• 600g Chicken breast

•• Half cucumber, thin strips

•• 1 lettuce, thinly sliced

•• 1 small carrot, thin strips

•• 4 pcs tortilla wraps

•• 20g fresh basils, thinly sliced

•• 1 spring onion, sliced

 

MArinade

•• 22 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce

•• 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce

•• 2 Tbsp minced garlic

•• 1 Tbsp sugar

 

Special Sauce mix

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Cantonese Sweet Chilli Sauce

 

Method

  1. Marinate chicken breast with marinade in the fridge for 4 hours.
  2. Put chicken on a rack then roast at 170°C for 15-18 minutes, cut chicken breast into strips,
    spread the chicken slices and other ingredients over the wraps then roll the wraps up and
    serve with the sauce mix.
  3. Evenly divide the sauce mix, chicken strips and vegetables onto the tortilla wraps,
    roll up tightly then serve.
