Spicy Chicken Skewers
with Chilli Garlic Paste

Ingredients

•• 200g chicken thigh fillet, cut into small cubes

•• 1 red and green pepper, chopped

•• 1 onion, chopped

marinade

•• 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Paste

 

Method

  1. Marinate chicken with the marinade.
  2. Thread the cubed chicken with pepper and onion onto 8 wood/metal skewers.
  3. Grill or barbecue for 5 minutes, turn once during cooking until golden brown,
    or to your liking then serve.
