                   Cooking Method: Stir-frying

 

Ingredients

•• 150g ready-to-cook udon noodles

•• 150g king prawns, thawed if frozen

•• 1 small onion, shredded

•• 1 small carrot, shredded

•• 1 red chilli, sliced and deseeded (optional)

•• 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

SAUCE MIX

•• 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Paste

 

Method

  1. Stir- fry onions and prawns for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the noodles, carrots and sauce mix, stir fry for another 5 minutes or until cooked before serving.
