Easy Chinese recipe for steamed spared ribs in a deliciously savoury black bean sauce.

                   Cooking Method: Steaming

 

Ingredients

•• 300g  Spare ribs

sauce mix

•• 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Sauce

•• 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil

•• 1 tsp Sugar

 

Method

  1. Marinate spare ribs with sauce mix for 10 minutes.
  2. Steam the spare ribs for 15 minutes on high heat then serve.

tips

••  Recipe also works well with Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce simply replace the Black Bean Sauce.
