Ingredients

•• 250g Raw peeled king prawns

•• 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil

SAUCE MIX

•• 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce

•• 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Paste

•• 1 Tbsp Sesame oil

 

Method

  1. Stir fry the prawns in vegetable oil over a high heat until golden.
  2. Turn down the heat and add sauce mix, stir fry for another few minutes until cooked.
  3. Serve immediately with salad, noodles or rice.
