Chinese Stir-fried Noodles

                   Cooking Method: Stir-frying

 

Ingredients

•• 150g chicken breast, sliced

•• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil

•• 150g mixed vegetables

•• 200g cooked noodles

 

Sauce Mix

•• 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce

•• 2 Tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce

•• 2 Tbsp Chilli Garlic Paste (optional)

 

Method

  1. Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of Oyster Sauce for 10 minutes or overnight.
  2. Stir fry chicken in hot oil over medium heat for 15 minutes or until done.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cooked noodles to the wok with the remaining sauces
    and stir fry for a further 5 minutes or until heated through.
